Exchanges, Returns & Cancellation Policy.

We understand that sometimes goods need to come back, and we aim to make this as straight forward as possible.
We have a no quibble returns and refund policy.

We will refund your money in full within 28 days of receipt, if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, or exchange any item, without question. Our standard Handling charge for exchanges is £6.00, this applies if you have ordered a wrong size/product however if we send you a wrong size/product as an error then this charge will be waived on your order. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and with the original labels and packing, and not damaged in any way. We guarantee you can buy with confidence, so in the unlikely event of the item becoming faulty after use, we will also refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.

However, for large orders of over 10 items, we can only accept products for return within 10 days of the receipt date. Items can also be exchanged for another item. If you are exchanging one item for another which is higher in price you have to pay the difference.
