The Big Red Building offer a Free Delivery service within the UK. There is a charge for sending goods outside the UK and for next day delivery. The charge will be added at checkout. UK deliveries normally take 2-3 days unless you have selected next day delivery.

Price Match Promise 

The Big Red Building offer a Price Match Promise service. That means if you see the goods cheaper somewhere else we will match it. We will only Price Match Promise from reputable company"s on the high street or Online.

No Quibble Returns Guarantee

We understand that sometimes goods need to come back, and we aim to make this as straight forward as possible. We have a no quibble returns and refund policy.

We will refund your money in full within 28 days of receipt, if you are not entirely delighted with your purchase, or exchange any item, without question. Our standard Handling charge for exchanges is £6.00, this applies if you have ordered a wrong size/product however if we send you a wrong size/product as an error then this charge will be waived on your order. We only ask that you return the item to us unused and with the original labels and packing, and not damaged in any way. We guarantee you can buy with confidence, so in the unlikely event of the item becoming faulty after use, we will also refund you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
